Honestly it was watching your video where I discovered this website. Watching you made me feel like I was not alone anymore then I looked over the site and read the post and realized there were hundreds of other people going through what I am. Thank you so much for helping me in a time I felt so alone.!!!

Nice video.. Stay strong my brother..

It all started (late 2006) with Temazepam @ 30mg/night for about 6 months. Early 2007 bumped up to 60mg/night for a month. After a few days of not taking it I thought I was going crazy. I did not know I was going through withdraw. I started to take ambien not to sleep, but to cope. I found myself taking ambien during the day just to feel normal. I did a quick taper with the use of valium. I have been benzo free since mid June 08.

John,

Outstanding!

Nice to put a face to you today compared to when you were 25 and on 4mg of Xanax. Your video really touched me. I felt like crying when I watched. You explained it so well. Thank you so very much for making these. I am amazed. You have done so much to lead people here and explain the situation. You're a hero in my book and have a lot of courage.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you. I wish you the best recovery my friend.

6 years xanax use .5mg to 1mg average.  went C/T March 25  2007 by "accident".  (Don't recommend C/T, it was an ordeal you want to avoid)  BENZO FREE now and happy to have fully recovered.  Life is good again and I am full of gratitude.
